Question about moving licence to other device

If i were to lose Access to my laptop or if it would stop working, how would i be able to use my ver 4 perpetual license on a new device? Would it not allow me to use/activate because of not having Access to disable it properly or something?

Finally feel like i'm starting to get better and better at faces

The first image was drawn today, the second about 6 days ago, and the rest were some of my first trys with dates marked. Currently i don't fully dig the style i'm drawing in as i feel its a bit too smooth/anime(?), but atleast my drawings look to be getting much better in terms of anatomy and looks. I assume that as i go on and learn more, i'll find more ways of drawing things to my liking so i'm not really concerned by it right now. I'm not very Creative, so i usually find a random sheet of character chibis and try draw them to fill up my visual library and make sure i don't opt for the same thing. I was struggling a lot with making softer/a bit rounder faces so i tried to make todays drawing with that in mind.

I recently studied the skull and facial planes, and am now trying to learn to draw stylized faces because my current goal is to be able to make good character drawings. However, i think i focused too much on learning the 3D model by heart and strictly sticking to rules of it, so i forced myself to stop using it because i usually end up making the face generic and unexpressive, and am now trying to figure out what it is that im doing wrong compared to other artists.

I still think my drawing looks off post-adjustment (i probobly understand it too little to properly adjust it), but i tried to write out what issues i think i should pay attention to on the next ones:

i forget to have the eyes wrap around the skull better and tilt accordingly instead of being like a sticker, the nosdril i placed too low (same issue as eyes, i don't think of it 3D enough?), lips too low, side of the jaw too long, chin not triangular enough, i struggle with expressive pupils, features (and ear!!!) in general too low

if anyone would have any general advice on learning faces id greatly appreciate it, looking back on my faces around a month ago i can see im getting better but i feel like ill never be able to truly capture characters well and i feel like faces are a pretty personal, huge part of how someone draws :')
