Get rid of the DOGS!!Sterlize them

I am a first year student from mit, oh well my first year just got over and am back home but let me just say the amount of relief i get, not being conscious whether a dog is chasing me or not like any dog lovers seeing this if they aggressive asf obviously they gotta be chased out. Dog lovers only justification is “they too are living beings” like come on dont act as if we are not living beings bruh.
I dont think am even acting selfish atp raising a topic like this cause i think the dogs at sp are just more selfish to bite ppl who was just passing by with no intention to even hurt them.
The amount of ptsd they dogs near kamath cafe gave and they all are like a pack when they come around to attack. Sad part is except the security people around wont even approach to help. I have been scared to go near kamath for almost 6 months now.
Like can someone atleast sterlize them they are literally increasing these days and my block alone has 6-7 puppies. I have never seen these many amount of dogs in my life.
Personally i never hated dogs until i came to manipal. These dogs are rabid asf. Dog lovers can cry all they want and am ready to do wtv it takes to get rid of these dogs.
