Hello! I haven’t used my kindle for more than 8 months now, and found it in a weird state: the whole screen if frozen in the lock screen, and chunk of the screen is weirdly different. I tried to reboot and charge it up but nothing changed.

Do you think it’s a hardware issue? the screen doesn’t seem to be broken physically.
