I swear, if my long distance boyfriend can’t even remember the last time we had a proper video date without "oh sorry I forgot" popping up like clockwork, it’s basically the same as not having a boyfriend at all. Like, I get life gets busy and all, but we’re not even talking about the same kind of busy as if he was across town, you know? I’ve got curves that deserve attention and hips built for slow dances-at least through a screen-so it’s getting a little old feeling like I’m just background noise in his life. Not to mention the way he cancels plans last minute like my time isn’t worth blocking out, even if it’s just for thirty minutes of his undivided nonsense. Honestly, at this point I might as well let my plants start judging me instead.
