Been looking to get a game on steam since I'll have lots of creative control but im wanting to figure out which game would all me to do that. As in which game would allow me to have more freedom on character customisation, free roam exploration and would be overall enjoyable to have full control over
(Tier list is my own since I didnt have a pc or console to play the very old ones before the newer 2d era)
Decided to make a tier list on how much i like the characters after playing the game for almost 8 years and considering this my top 3 of rockstar games that I've ever played
I'm probably biased for this but I can say with confidence that Netwatch (depending on what you picked) killing the voodoo boys after the seeing Alt was a valid thing to do. The voodoo boys basically wanted control over the Blackwall in which both lore and game wise is a very dangerous thing to do since its holding back rogue Ai's that could literally kill an average person or piece of technology instantly. I get the whole idea of the game is that corpos are meant to be kinda evil but I cant help but feel like netwatch is at least doing good to protect everyone from an Ai outbreak even if its more of a self interest thing but I'm wondering if I'm alone on this
