I bought the scholarship bully game on steam while it was on sale and its just not opening at all. I was hoping someone here could help me fix it cause Google searches dont really give me any helpful information

Hey, I’m playing bully scholarship edition on PC on the DVD one and I installed the bug fixes but when I’m in the mission, the rumble and when the cops get here and when I’m trying to go, it just gives me this frozen screen the game is still working. It’s just it won’t go to the next cut scene how do I fix this?
Something I often think about is if Russell was rejected by the Preppies. Russell lives in Old Bullworth Vale, a wealthy neighborhood in Bullworth populated by the Preppies. I’m wondering whether Russell was ostracized by the preppies (presumably because of his mental disability)? Or if he opted out of hanging with the Preppies and instead finding community with the Bullies who respect him and view him as a leader?
