Trying to find a low budget horror film from the late 2000s or early 2010s
The movie took place in modern day England. A group of teenagers go exploring in this old building that used to be owned by a witch that was executed in like the 17th century. When they get inside, they become trapped because the witch can manipulate the architecture.
There were two scenes I particularly remember.
One scene they go into a bathroom and are standing around this tub filled with black sludge, and while they're arguing something reaches out of the tub and pulls one character into the sludge. Everyone panics and tries to help him but they can't find him They push the tub over to spill everything out but no one's in it.
Very near the end, two characters make it to a window. They look out and see some people and a dog on the street. They call out for help but the people don't respond and don't move at all. Then they notice a street clock and it's showing that it's the same time that they entered the building. They realize that time is frozen outside and no one can help them.
For the most part this movie was cheesy, but I still think about these scenes every now and then. Especially the latter one- it's one of those scenes that gives you a really uneasy feeling.
Does anyone know the movie?

Season 2 Original vs Definitive Series
There are some pretty big artistic changes. I like them both, but the DS does seem to change the tone of the environments.
