Mid-ride the front derailleur on my 2018 ultegra di2 (R8050) stopped working. I assumed it was due to low battery, but after getting home and charging it fully, the front derailleur still wont shift (no response whatsoever).

I have since noticed that the hood button on the same side as the front shifters is also completely unresponsive.

The rear derailleur and hood button on the rear side is working no problem.

Any advice on what might be wrong here?
