Hi! I am a Capital One Venture card holder so my plan was to spend some time in their lounge prior to my Dublin flight out of JFK. However, now that I'm looking at it, it seems like a pain to check our luggage at T7, take the Airbus through security at T4, and then take the AirBus back to T7 where you have to go through security yet again.

The Capital One lounge seems to have more amenities than Aer Lingus, but I've never used either so I'm looking for opinions! Is it worth it to switch terminals for the Capital One lounge, or should we just stick to the Aer Lingus lounge for ease? They're both about the same price for access as well!
