Why is Royal Mail being automatically added as shipping option?!
Is anyone else having a problem with the shipping? I have all Royal Mail shipping options switched off and only have the inpost options selected (they're the only convenient options for me) and people keep buying items and using RM shipping? And to top it all off, they're now (I think unknowingly) selecting a large letter option (understandably because it's the cheapest) but I'm not sure the items will go through as large letters! They're not exactly big items I'm selling, but I wouldn't post a t-shirt through a regular postbox and expect it to reach the buyer!
Like honestly I get it, because shipping and fees on vinted have become £££, so if they are allowing cheaper shipping options I think that's great, but a small parcel and large letter are obviously not the same thing!!
I don't want to cancel the orders and get people to rebuy because that's such a faff and I'll definitely lose sales... I've had a massive clear out this weekend too so have quite a few items to ship.
Getting hold of someone at Vinted is a nightmare so I'm just wondering if this is happening to anyone else and any advice on what I can do about it? Do I just use the RM shipping to send them and hope for the best?!
