- 1br condo for rent (yung nakaseparate talaga yung kwarto, hindi lang divider)
- Semi furnished
- Ideally with big windows and with balcony
- DMCI is preferred
- Easily accessible sa commute sana since I don't have a car
- Malayo sa fault line
- Yung maayos yung community/building at maaliwalas na room since WFH po
- Around 15-20k budget
