So I’m a noob trying to set up a BETAFPV Pavo20 Pro with a RadioMaster Pocket ELRS controller.

Originally:

• RadioMaster Pocket was on ELRS 4.0.0
• Drone receiver appeared to be on ELRS 3.x
• They would not bind

I downgraded the Pocket to ELRS 3.6.3 and now:

• the drone binds successfully
• stick inputs show correctly in Betaflight Receiver tab
• AUX arm switch works correctly in Modes tab

Current problem:

• drone will not arm
• motors do not spin at all
• even in Betaflight Motors tab

What I already checked:

• Receiver set to CRSF
• UART3 Serial RX enabled
• DSHOT300 selected
• ESC startup tones play normally when battery is plugged in
• throttle range is ~990 to 2012
• ARM mode is configured correctly on AUX1
• battery is detected in Betaflight
• props removed during testing

Important detail:

• motors still do NOT spin even when using the Motors tab sliders in Betaflight

Things I already tried:

• reinstalling drivers with Zadig
• restoring COM port drivers
• trying to reflash Betaflight 4.5.0 with full chip erase
• flash on connect / no reboot sequence
• attempting bootloader mode using K2 (C&B) button

Current behavior:

• board connects normally as COM7
• Betaflight works normally
• but flashing fails with: “No response from the bootloader, programming FAILED”

I can still connect to Betaflight normally afterward. I have no idea what to do...any help appreciated. Thank you
