recently purchased a Dreame X50 Ultra Complete and I am experiencing serious navigation and mapping issues after only two days of use.

On the first day:

• the robot created the map successfully,
• completed cleaning normally,
• and navigation appeared perfect.

However, starting the next day, the robot began showing abnormal cleaning behavior:

• repeated circular movements,
• excessive looping,
• chaotic cleaning patterns,
• and constant repositioning in open areas with very little furniture.

The issue is especially noticeable in the kitchen and sometimes in the living room. The robot repeatedly draws circles and overlaps paths instead of following normal straight cleaning lines.

Troubleshooting already performed:

• cleaned all sensors and LiDAR,
• disabled AI obstacle avoidance,
• disabled MopExtend and SideReach,
• disabled edge/corner AI cleaning features,
• restarted the robot,
• deleted and recreated maps,
• performed full factory reset,
• removed and re-added the device in the app,
• created a completely new map.

Despite all of this, the issue persists exactly the same.

Important details:

• the home has very little furniture,
• no difficult obstacles,
• no doors between rooms,
• lighting conditions are normal,
• the problem appeared almost immediately after initial setup.

The robot still occasionally cleans some areas correctly, but navigation becomes chaotic intermittently and repeatedly in simple open spaces.
