Clicking noise in sinuses when I walk

So about 6 months ago I started hearing this clicking sensation around my left eye, sometimes being it, sometimes just under. I don’t have sinusitis (sorry) but I do suffer with congestion in that area often, and I do have a deviated septum on that side which can cause pressure build up.

I thought this would be the best place to come for advice on how to clear this up. Do any of you get this? I’m assuming it’s air trapped in a congested sinus but I’m not totally sure. Have any of you had a septum surgery which helped with drainage or is that not worth it?

Clicking sound behind my eye when i walk?

A few months ago I (22M, 183cm, 78kg, non smoker) started hearing/feeling this clicking sensation just behind my left eye when I’m walking or jogging.

At the time I had just started wearing contacts so I passed it off as an occasional air bubble trapped inside or something. However, the noise has been persistent for over 6 months now on and off, even wearing glasses.

It sounds like a quiet second hand on a clock or maybe tapping your finger lightly against sticky tape and seems to happen with small movements like steps on a walk.

Maybe it’s a sinus thing? But I struggle to believe my sinuses have been clogged for half a year, but I’m not sure what else it could possibly be.

I don’t have any formal diagnoses but I suspect I have ehlers danlos or some form of hypermobility as well as TMJ issues and I have seen people have similar issues with these too.

Any ideas on how to stop it? I’m thinking a sinus flush

I want more tattoos on this forearm but I’m not in a rush, I feel like it looks a bit silly from the back too. Not sure what to do
