My husband was not raised in a wealthy or rich household. Just so happens that both his brother and sister are now super rich. His family lives 5 states away. Every time he talks to them he has a mental breakdown and says he hates his life and he is a failure. We are not considered peasants with my side of the family. We are just a normal average family. We have a 2,600 square foot house in the suburbs…but because we don’t have fancy renovations he feels like we are less than. It’s so much more than this but I’m so tired of these people making him feel bad about himself. I’m tired of being treated as peasants in the debts of poverty by his siblings. Just venting.
