I have a basic/personal website subscription plan, and Google and squarespace both claim you can sell physical products on the basic plan.

I've been able to make a store, list items, set up shipping, and publish everything.

But when I used another account to try to buy a product as a test run, it won't let me check out.

It said I need to upgrade my plan.

I am willing to do that if needed but when I tried to figure out what was included in the plan upgrade it didn't have anything functionality different that my current plan doesn't have.

Will upgrading resolve this?

Has anyone else had this issue?
