Help with record and ROTC enrollment

Hi so I’m enrolled into the ROTC and everything else checked out great,

I had questions based on the any past issues with like police or tickets

Genuinely, I blanked on the spot and forgot this issue because for the past two years I’ve pushed it out of my mind so far I genuinely forgot about it until really thinking about it now.

When I was 17 two years ago, I was involved in running away from the police in a vehicle, and I was caught, not by pit or anything I turned myself in.

I was brought to the station etc and sent home

The DA filed their case against me, but after my lawyer talked to the DA all my charges were dropped due to my perfect academic history and zero history of any crimes and my college acceptance.

I didn’t even get any punishment , no points on license, no license revoked, is this something I should bring up to my cadre?
Even if it shouldn’t even be on my record because I was a minor and according to the agreement with the DA all of the information is shut and sealed.

I didn’t mean to omit, and I don’t want to make a mistake, should I come forward and tell my cadre about it, or just leave it be because technically it shouldn’t be on my record
I don’t want to present myself as a bad person considering I’m already coming in as a 250 and need to work much harder.

UPDATE: I told my cadre, I hope it gets waived.

AFROTC application and future military worries

I’m a college freshman going into sophomore year. And live in California. The military was something I have set my life to doing after I complete my degree.

I used to smoke weed somewhat often in late of high school and early freshman year. Which since then I have quit. I have done shrooms twice in my life. Both earlier in my freshman year of college. I don’t know what to do if I get asked questions about it.

I’ve been told to be completely honest which Is what I want to do, considering I already don’t do the drugs anymore. But I’m scared about the shrooms aspect, is there any way for them to ever find out about the shrooms. Considering it was a one and done thing. I really do not want to be disqualified. Please tell me if I should just omit about the shrooms and be honest about the weed because this is what I’ve been told to do as someone who lives in California.

I do not want to make a mistake and risk my career. Thanks
