I am an American student who will be studying in London from September until December. I really would like to go to a Rugby game.

I know there are two teams in the PREM in London. The one that is closer to where I will be staying (near the British Museum) is the Saracens, however I frankly do not have an allegiance to any team and would be open to seeing any game. How easy is it to get tickets to games? Are they relatively inexpensive? I would also love to support smaller clubs nearby which aren't in the PREM.

Also, is it possible to buy merchandise from teams? If I go to a game I would love to support by getting a shirt or a hat or something.

Hello! I am going to be in London (Camden area) from September to December. I am really interested in going to a sports game during my time in the city. I would really like to go to a rugby game.

I know Premier League association football teams have tickets that are really hard to get if you aren't a team member. Is it the same for the rugby Premiership? Or are they easier to get? How much do they tend to cost? Is there anything else to know before planning to purchase? I know the two closest teams are Harlequins and Saracens - anything to know for them specifically? Any chance I could go to an England national team game?

I am also interested in going to an association football game, but I am not really too keen on going to one of the large clubs and would rather visit a smaller, local team (Championship, League 1/2). Do they operate on a similar model to the Premier League when it comes to tickets? Any recommendations would be great as there seems to be a lot of clubs in London (which I should have expected), ideally one that is more community-driven/oriented, or has a strong connection.

Finally I was wondering about cricket. I enjoy baseball in the U.S. so I would like to catch a cricket game. I'm a bit confused about the league format - if I could have that explained to me that would be great because I can't seem to find an overarching national league.

Hello! I am an 20 y/o American who will be studying in London from September to December. I’ve grown up around hockey and love to play it as well. Honestly watching hockey of any sort is a treat for me so I would love to go to an EIHL game while I am here.

The biggest thing for me is cost. How expensive are EIHL tickets, and do they vary from team to team (Belfast seems to be consistently good so maybe they’re more expensive, but I also don’t see myself going there at the moment, unfortunately).

From my spot in London, it seems that the Guildford Flames seem to be the closest. Is that right? If so, how easy are getting tickets? Are they easy to get? Taking the train seems like a feasible option to get there, and I would plan to get tickets early enough in advance.

Outside of going to the game, are there any spots in London that tend to show games? Pubs, bars, etc.?
