My Narwal struggles to enter the base station, so I always have to manually place the robot inside to charge. It twists and turns inside the base station (see video). Sometimes, it already clicks with the charging contacts but fails to recognize this, and starts to click repeatedly against the charging contacts until it gives up and asks me to manually put it inside.

I’ve done the following but the issue still persists:
- Remapped
- Transferred the location of the dock and remapped
- Hard reset using the small hidden button + unbind
- Cleaned the charging contacts
