My favorite favorite helmet ever :)

Finally finished painting + coating and took it on a photo shoot! Not bad for a first attempt I think but don’t look too close..

my fav helmet of landos!! cant afford the real thing so decided to start making my own :))

not sure if anyones interested but working on making a 1:2 of landos hungary 24 helmet. my personal favourite, was never made into minis so decided to take it into my own hands.

not sure if theres a better visor for it.. ill try to look

logos were a pain, will probably just use water decals if theres a next time :,)

one of my fav helmets of his! fully wearable too since its a rs7

base is a bell rs7 so its wearable which is cool too.
been working during my free time for a few months, fun project! the figures are all < a quarter sized.

Currently painting a replica of landos Las Vegas 2025 helmet. there’s very little quality references to go off & I can’t really seem to fully identify the liveries/cars. I labeled them so it’s easier to point out. I’ve only painted one(last img, 99% sure it is the mcl34) and am only sure that no 3 is the mcl39 + no 5 is the mcl36. Would love to get input :)

I want to make a custom 1:2 helmet(lando’s hungary 2024) but the (cheapest) helmet i can find to use as a base has a rear spoiler like oscar’s(ocon 2025). landos helmet is round/ doesnt have the spoiler, and unlike the 1:5s i cant be sure if the 1:2 spoiler can come off easily, because it looks really smooth/attached to the base.

does anyone have experience? or any custom helmet makers can lmk what materials you use for paint/decals.

got my hands on lando's Austin helmet(special packaging/vers), came with the rear spoiler rattling around. judging by the crack thats not supposed to be there, its definitely broken. I think the only way to repair it is by getting some other helmet and doing some surgery, but I also know that some rear spoilers are different going year by year or by driver.
any suggestions? seems a bit of a waste to spend another 60$ to swap rear spoiler off.

or anyone located in the US with an unwanted helmet 😭?

ive completely forgotten this fund existed. i lose it at the end of the month, and would rather not see it go to waste. ill take any amt below it, i heard you can transfer tickets after buying so yeah.
