Restarting ketamine troches (400mg) weekly after 10 months off — how do I maximize the effect?

Previously on a daily protocol, now prescribed 15 x 400mg troches for once-weekly sessions. First time doing weekly instead of daily. What’s helped you get the most out of a session — dosing tips, environment, timing, integration practices? Also any advice for restarting after a long break — does tolerance/sensitivity reset, and would you approach the first session back any differently?

20 years in education, 10+ as a Principal - is it wrong to stay in the job that requires heavy head meds just to function?

Right now I’m facing a decision: go back on heavy antipsychotic medication and sedatives, just to be able to keep doing this job. I’m already at the upper limit of benzodiazepine use as it is. I’ve done this before during hard stretches, but this time it feels different sitting with the choice.

I read a lot about principals struggling with their mental health — burnout, stress, the whole thing seems to be a known issue in this field. But I don’t see many people actually leaving over it. Everyone seems to just push through, medicate, and keep going.

So I guess my question for anyone who’s been here: is it wrong to stay in a job that’s driving me to this level of medication just to cope? Has anyone actually walked away from the principalship for their mental health and not regretted it? Or found another way through this that didn’t mean choosing between the job and feeling okay?

Not looking for pity — just want to hear from people who’ve actually faced this, one way or another.

Edit: thank you for all of the replies. I’ll reply when able later today. I really appreciate the time and your input.

Cheap meal ideas?

Trying to simplify my eating a bit and looking for cheap-ish high protein, lower fat meal ideas I can rotate through during the week.

Not really after hardcore bodybuilding meals — just practical stuff people actually eat regularly.

Current staples are things like:
Chicken + rice
Tuna wraps
Protein oats
Eggs
Beef mince bowls

Would love more ideas that are:
Filling
Simple
Affordable
Easy to prep for work

Available from normal supermarkets in Australia
What are your go-to meals/snacks?
