My commute has changed significantly over the last year. I drive a truck and get around 12l/per 100km which wasn't bad when I was commuting less than 20kms roundtrip and gas was 1.35 a liter, but now I'm commuting 110kms and gas is almost $2.

I'd like to purchase a new EV truck in the future, but I'd like to wait out as manufacturers are coming out with new vehicles. I'm looking for a cheap commuter EV for a few years that I can lease.

Has anyone been able to haggle more mileage for the lease agreement? If so, how much more did it cost you?
