My husband and I heard this beautiful bird call that made us drop everything and go into the garden and see who was making that sound! We’re struggling to identify, could we please have your expert help?

I can not seem to get a hold on my inner rage and it’s affecting home life. Today has been one event after another whereby my immediate family have left me feeling undervalued and unappreciated. The day has ended with me not being able to talk through fear of saying something I will regret and going to bed having effectively given my family the silent treatment, an act I swore I’d never do after years on enduring from my mother. I’m now laid here sobbing…these hormones are killing me.
