Who would have guessed that California, of all places, would have some of the strictest CBD laws in the country? 😵‍💫

Starting July 1st, it will be illegal to ship full spectrum CBD to California. These products will only be legally sold to purchase in cannabis dispensaries… if they stock them.

All cannabis products sold in California dispensaries must be grown and manufactured within the state. I would bet that there will be a shortage of full spectrum CBD products until the market adjusts.
