I had my first MRI guided biopsy today and it hurt like heck. I’ve had ultrasound guided biopsies before and they were fine. This one was so painful comparatively and I’m way more sore after. That’s all, just a vent.
This is my 3rd suspicious bump in 7 years and 2nd biopsy. Only seen on MRI so MRI biopsy scheduled 7/6. Any one have something similar? Is bi-rads 4 (MRIs don’t give letters). Wasn’t on my MRI in May 2025 and not seen on my 3D mammo in Oct 2025, but I have dense breasts.

I am setting up our Ramp operating account target automation using cash forecast. We only want to keep $250K in there due to our ability to earn more outside of Ramp. We turned on target automation for balance top up, but I’m not sure how it works when we have our larger spend once a month. Around the 3rd week of every month, we have around $20M to $30M in wires we do that I would like to flow through Ramp. Will the top up functionality work to make sure there are enough funds in there even if the bills aren’t fully approved until a few days before due date or do people usually move money in manually to ensure enough in the account?
Has anyone had luck creating one PO with both one time and recurring costs on it? My Google search says it is possible but when I try to do it in Ramp, I do not see frequency on each line item just at the header PO level.
I’m starving and every freaking tv show has people eating. That’s all. Procedure tomorrow at 9am.
I have both sitting in my bathroom and need to decide which one to do for my first prep. I have IBS-C if that matters.
