Screenshots, videos, and developments. The games themselves when they are ready. Games... plural. I got three going - Deadmines Adventure, Ravenloft, and a secret one. Once I get the combat system going, I can run any RPG scenario with it... I'm plundering more old DnD modules for sure... and WoW has an asset set that can handle just about ANY fantasy situation.

[OC] Ravenloft I6 World Map - Put into a terrain system works absurdly well out of the box.

This is the original world map of Barovia, using the World of Warcraft terrain system, with the map as the color and heightmap. My intent was to just have the color map and build the control map that creates the hi-res textures up close from that... but I tested what the color map AS a height map looked like... SHOCKINGLY good. Good enough to use as a base to build the real terrain at least. Then, use WoW assets to build the castle and world - Duskwood, Karazhan, Shadowfang Keep - they have all the generic fantasy assets I need to build it out like a WoW zone.

Added Deadmines to the Westfall map... Exactly as 720 said it was! The Juggernaut, looking at its would-be exit gate into Stranglethorn. Working on a Deadmines Single Player Action RPG Adventure. Treating Northshire to DM like a DnD module with my own squad based party system.

Swimming is flying, and swimming up to 20x speed across the continent is fun. Here I am exploring a terrain less DM model set in proper alignment in Westfall - lining up perfectly with the STV Gate from the inside... there were plans for this transition, but it couldn't persist past the dungeon without spoiling it for lower level players... A transition a single player game can easily make.

WowShell, sandbox to prototype with WoW assets in Godot. Built with Claude AI - Early work on LOD.

This is a revamp of earlier work we did trying to just get a handle on all the different systems and then trying to optimize loading a massive game world, and that was just focusing in on Classic era Classic. This time we are taking a more foundational, generic approach and building on layers that work across the whole life of the game. Functionally the game has remained relatively simple - even in its era it was a very basic game. There just was a LOT of it, and you had to manage thousands of players on a server. But taken down to its elements, its a perfect sandbox to build... whatever.
