Urology vs ortho
These are the only 2 specialties that exist. Which one is the more pragmatic choice? Why?

For anyone who wrote the steps…
Do we just keep it on the down low or?? It seems like Canadians are anti-USA all around. They hate the US government, the 2-tiered healthcare system, etc., so it can’t look good if people find out that you plan to practice in the USA. How are we writing steps and not being crucified for it? Is there anyway for CaRMs committees to find out whether you wrote STEPs or not?
