I work in sales in a theater, and I am constantly annoyed at how people behave where I live, mostly in regards to coming late.

When I was in London I was so amazed by the professional way theater is approached, from security, to the efficiency of ticket scanning, and the precise starting times of the shows, even the ushers dress code.

Whereas where I live it's just a mess. People arrive late, they constantly have difficulty finding their digital tickets, phones go off during shows, it's just so so amateurish and disrespectful. Makes me really miss London.

Hi. Im 33, and currently dating a 35 year old man. He is kind, faithful, gentle, respectful, patient, communicates well, and I feel safe around him.

But, here is the problem.

In the 3 years that we've been together, we have never gone out on a single date, not even on my birthday. For the past 3 years, i have had to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriends, because he has never made an effort to make any plans to celebrate with me. Same with valentines day and/or anniversary, although I have always made an effort to celebrate Him and make his birthday special etc, all out of love.

The man has a good paying job, works hard and invests well. And i am aware that he is still building his life and it requires patience, and so I try to be supportive and not ask for much. But it hurts me that he never makes any effort towards me.

What hurts me the most is that, a while ago I had a problem with my car. And so I asked the mechanic who had previously worked on it, to come get it checked. When the mechanic arrived, my bf was in the house the whole time, and NOT ONCE did he come outside to see if the car was ok or to atleast check to see if i was alright or if the mechanic was doing okay etc. Instead, I was outside in the cold the whole time, helping out the mechanic and just trying to be handy, while he fixed the car.

This incident broke my heart and tore it apart..

And worse, my bf had previously gone out to help out his guy friend with his car, the day before mine broke down.

Although I have tried my best to be patient, understanding and supportive of his vision for our future, I cant seem to get over this particular incident...when I needed him the most.

Is it time for me to move on?

Hi! I think the title sums it up pretty much. I play on a ps5. Looking for friends on the UK timezone since that matches my lousy work and sleep schedule perfectly. I’m generally a shy person which is why I prefer one on ones (but not shy enough for some good banter) I’m looking for someone I can duo up with on Arc Raiders, show me the ropes and give me tips to the game. Hopefully we can expand to a bigger group later on, I’m open to it.
