Husky Training Regrets

Hi everyone! I’m a relatively new husky owner. I have a husky/hound mix who is 7 years old and now I have a 8 month old purebred husky. She is completely different when it comes to training! My old girl learned all the basic commands so much faster. My puppy is getting better but her weakness is want to jump on anyone who gets near her whether they pay her attention or not. Training is helping - still a long way to go.

This got me thinking is there anything else I should be working on that I will regret years later that I didn’t? I’ve heard mess with their toes and brush/blow dry them. Which she has grown to like now. Is there anything else?
