Advice for Dining Chairs

Hello lovely community. I am about to buy new dining chairs and looking for some advice on the design and colour. What I already have in place is the natural oak table and the walnut/travertine pendant lamps. In the same greater area I have both natural oak and walnut elements. I am including in the post some photos of the chairs as well as some genai projections of them in my place (which dont completely match the actual chairs).

Total distance between tables legs is 112cm.

Width of chair with armrest: 55cm

Width of chair without armrest: 53cm

Heijmans/Liander came to change the meter and left me without electricity

Hello, I was contacted by Liander that they should come and replace the meter (more of an upgrade, working fine before). A guy from Heijmans visited today and replaced it but now one of the groups (which contains all the lights + some more sockets) is not working. We complained to him unstoppably but still he left claiming that he had nothing to do with it. Heijmans keep saying to me that they will call me back but they don't seem to carry that much. What are my technical and legal options in this case?

Balcony floor suggestion

Hello, I have a balcony that looks ugly and I want to place some floor. The total height distance from the door opening is roughly 4cm (might even be 3.5cm). The problem I have is that the floor isbworse than just uneven. When I open the tap, the water runs away from the siphon all over to the other corner. My instinct/wish is to throw cement to make it even (with correct angle) and put a decking above it, but I dont think I have that option. Won't I need around 3cm for the cement and another 4cm for the deck? They only options I can think is to 1. hire a carpenter and adjust the bottom of the door a bit hoping that the apartment wont get windy or 2. Just put the cement and paint it and forget about the deck. Can anyone more creative and experienced than me recommend something else?

Balcony floor

Goedemiddag, I want to place flooring on my balcony , which is actually partially the roof of the below apartment and have the insulation that you can see in the photos. I am aiming for composite wood for less maintenance but I dont know what I should place below them. Will wooden beams be ok or shall I place something extra? The total height of the door opening is around 10cm and I would like to take advantage as much of it. Will I be able to place approx 7cm tall beams to take advantage of the corners? Is there any prework I need to do? (As you can see the surface now is not completely even)
