I am preparing the EOI for visa 858 and asked a contact at a government agency if they can officially nominate me. Unfortunately, HR said no, but the contact is still happy to nominate me as individual. Now I just went back to the form, just to find that when not selecting nomination through government agency, the form to upload the Form 1000 and support letter disappear. Since I have the opportunity to get and excellent letter of support from a reputable nominator that has been working with me for a decade, I would obviously like to use it to increase chances of being invited. Does anyone have experience with that situation? Is it advisable to attach the letter to my CV pdf?
