Switching up character
Hi everyone, I'm a mere recently promoted mighty ruler, but even so I'm considering picking up a second character to mix things up a bit. I know I should probably stick with my main, Hwoarang, for longer before that but it would still be nice to get some suggestions. My main reason is forcing myself to not over rely on lows and Hwoarang's nonsense. My defense sucks, and I know it's hard and learning it takes time, but playing the super offense character hardly helps. On top of that, it's just fun to change it up every now and then.
There are three characters I was mostly considering:
- Azucena, who I've been practicing a bit but seems to also be fairly stance offense based
- Lili, who I played a lot offline in T7, but have sort of fallen out of love with
- Miary, who I know nothing about but I've heard has very clean and paired back neutral
There's lots of other characters I'd like to mess around with of course, like AK, Heihachi, Reina, Lidia, Fahk and Zafina. Right now though, I know I need to stick to one or two at most and focus on having fun and polishing my neutral and defense. With all of that in mind, who should I consider going with?
