So I sell a single cd to a customer,send it off the next day after he ordered (like I do)send him the tracking number...anyways 9 days later he sends me a message saying he has not received his order,I check the tracking number and see it has arrived at a sorting plant in kentucky,his destination is in Illinois....I tell him to go to his local post office and give them the tracking number,I said it's out of my hands now and the USPS problem.....Today (after 3 weeks still no order)he gives me a negative review saying he did not get his order and I was not helpfull...I check his tracking number and it is on the move again at a different PO,and saying it will be delivered to his destination tomorrow!!!! WTF.....

So who is in the right here?I'v been selling cd's on discogs for a few years,all my cd's (2300+) are my own collection and are mostly promo's with holes punched in barcode,or other promo markings.I always state this in the comments,90% of my cd's were never played as I was a buyer in a one stop,so I post most cd's as near mint as the media....I got a message from a buyer from last week,stating there was a hole punched in the barcode,I said I must have overlooked it while posting it,he was happy with the cd and booklet,I offered he could return it for a full refund,but he demanded I pay for shipping it back,we were going back and forth,then he filed a case with discogs and they gave him a full refund,so now he has kept the cd and stated that in a message.(Needless to say I have a 100% positive reviews ) So whats saying he did this to get a free cd,so now he got a refund and kept the cd !!!!! I stated this to discogs but not heard back yet...

what can you experts tell me about it,i put in a new battery a few months ago,works fine,has been in storage for decades
