Massive beginner dieter realization..
Yo! I've just realized that when cutting, one needs to take into account steps taken.. and add that to your total. Currently I average 13k steps a day every week with peaks of 20k quite often. I've eaten 2300 calories a day for months, not adding for the steps which probably have burnt anywhere from 500-900 calories extra, so my calorie intake 1400-1500 at worst... I am a 6,1 tall male.. I FEEL so dumb, I never thought about this, anyone else made this mistake? I am honestly quite shocked. I feel really stupid
