Progress after two shoulder surgeries

Progress after my second shoulder surgery, both were cause of genetis, right was when i were 18, left at 22. Got the go ahead to fully go back working out this january so it have been mostly a 4 months transformation to before, focused mostly on cutting so have not really gained that much muscle. Still decent progression strengh wise mostly cause of muscle memory...

Feel a bit sad that I did not progress really during these 5 years in the gym, but was very hard to keep up motivation when i knew how much of a pain and struggle it were after the first surgery.

Also I guess it is also of my workout split as I don't go as much of a bodybuilding split instead i do a general fitness, meaning say worked in balance, preventative or injure reduction for pretty much all my stuff.

Mostly any advice for good shoulder workout with arms below the shoulder, (I do army presses still but with lower weight cause that is where the problem lies, for example at 18 I could do 30kgs army press and now im doing like 17.5).
I mostly do the normal stuff idk the name of them but raising weights 90 degree to the sides and front...

Same with some good chest workouts. Feels like shoulders are small same and the same with my chest compared to before at least to the rest where I've been able to get to the same point as I were at 18. It is expected cause thats were the surgery was but trying to rectify it.

Pic 1 is like 3 weeks after second surgery, pic 2 is august when doing rehab. Pic 3 is like 1 month after I got the go a head of im back from my doctor, Pic 4 is week ago and 5 is 1 day before the first surgery. This was the surgery I've gotten in both shoulders https://www.medicalgraphics.de/en/videos/animation-latarjet-procedure-video/

How to lower fat and build muscle?

I've been fat for the majority of my life, not obese just overweight. I'm 25 and around 184cm. I tried going to gym multiple times but never very seriously. around begin December i seriously started my cut weighing around 96kg (in the summer i weighed closer to 100KG)

Since then i kept discipline and motivation , 5 months later i weigh around 86kg. I do strength training 4/5 times a week with 10k steps daily. Nutrition wise i always tried to get atleast 1.7/1.8 gr per kg i also started creatine about a month ago. and i'm seeing results on the scale and physically. my waist got smaller so have my hips. And i genuinly thought i was making good progress , i tried guessing my bodyfat percentage with measuring tape around my body to get a good guess and it came around 22/23% which i thought wasn't so bad.

I thought it would be a good idea to do a DEXA scan and get an accurate result of my body. It turned out to be 33,1%. Which is ridicously high, i would have never guessed that ,neither would people around me i kinda have some muscle on me but also fat, the scan told me i have about 54kg of lean mass. Anyway moral of the story i obviously want to get my bf% down and my muscle weight up cause it's pretty low. After seeing these result today it feels like a blow to my motivation. After calculations i would need to be under 70kg to be like 22/23% bodyfat which still isn't super lean but it means i would need to lose another 15kg , sounds impossible for me.

Anyway thank you for taking the time to read this. If someone has any advice or been throught the same please let me know.

Beginner tips?

M36, 6ft3, 182lbs. I'm on my second week of getting back into lifting and this is my starting point. I'm definitely benefitting from some muscle memory from (VERY infrequent) lifting in the past. I'm not looking to get shredded or washboard abs, but I would like a more naturally athletic physique - bigger chest and shoulders, tighter waist, bigger arms)

I'm following a basic recomp plan (courtesy of trainer winny on YouTube) consisting mainly of compound lifts with progressive overload, with a little bit of ab exercises and a small amount of cardio added.

I'm not counting calories yet, but my guess is that I'm not meeting my maintenance (2800). I'm really focusing on protein to help with recovery, but my appetite is very low at the moment, even after starting to lift again. I've dropped about 14lbs over the past couple of months (due to stress, don't ask).

I know it's super early days, but any thoughts, recommendations, adjustments? Shall I try to meet my maintenance or could I get away with a cut? Or should I just carry on doing what I'm doing? Any thoughts are appreciated, as I'm very new to this

running 14.5km for 2 years + & added calisthenics - how is the progress?

sorry for the trash quality. My back camera was shaking. How’s the progress so far? Been running 14.5km for 2 years, and last year I added push-ups, sit-ups, leg raises, lower belly work, Russian twists, standing crunches, and recently pull-ups

Do i continue the cut? 176cm/5'9 72kg/159lbs

Can i continue the cut without getting a point where it becomes detrimental for keeping muscle mass?

I've been cutting for 15 weeks (losing 14kg/30lbs) and now took a 2 week maintenance period because I'm unsure what to do.

I'm not trying to get stage lean or anything, but lean enough to prepare for a long lean bulk.

Should I continue the cut or switch to a bulk?

I’ve been told I have bad lifting genetics wtv that means so I’m curious if there is even a point in bulking up or should I can another 10 off? I am about 167 at 6’1.

Bulk or cut?

I went from 82 kg (181 lbs) to 78 kg (172 lbs), but I still don’t really see a six-pack. Sometimes I can see it in good lighting or after a workout. I’ve been training abs for months and I’ve been cutting for a while now. Should I lose more weight, or bulk? I really want a sixpack

Have I made good progress after 3 months of fitness?
