Couple of quick questions

Hi everyone, I workout at home when I get the time, usually 3 or 4 times a week. My main question is how do I stop my knees buckling during squats? I'm not at a particularly heavy weight, around my bodyweight doing 5x5, I focus on form over max weight because I think it's safest since I workout alone. I have gone up to 10kg over my bodyweight before and know I could do that again but it would always result in my knees buckling inwards. It doesn't cause pain and my legs ache as expected, but I would like to continue progressing with correct form.

My second question is I have a 6 day program targeting different muscle groups, but this means that even when I have the time to workout 6 times in a week it means I'm only working each muscle group once per week, and because I'm very busy with work and other things I feel as though my 3-4 p/w, training each muscle group once every approx 2 weeks is something that could be improved. Does anyone have any suggestions or thoughts on this? Thanks for reading
