Which grow light to choose

Hello everyone, I'm about to set up a place to grow few houseplants with grow lights, I already have experience with plants care using natural light but now I don't have suitable windows to get good results anymore and the world of grow lights is still a mystery to me.

I looked up some options online like Barrina T5 and T8, sansi bulbs, niello and spider farmer sf300 and sf600.

My setup will be with long shelves 190 cm long and 25/30 cm wide.
The lights will be mounted about 45 cm above the shelf surface.

I understand that PPFD varies across the illuminated area, so I plan to place plants accordingly, but I still don't have enough experience to understand which lights would give me the best results.

My plan is to get fast healthy growth for various types of plants, mostly foliage plants such as pothos, begonias, ferns, tillandsias and others.

So those are my questions:

Which option would work best for this kind of setup?

Would I need something like a Spider Farmer SF600 to achieve at least around 200 PPFD in the center area, or would two Barrina T5 bars already be enough?

In practical terms, how big is the real difference between these lights for houseplants?

Would a Spider Farmer SF600 be uncomfortably bright for normal daily life in the room if mounted above eye level?

Thanks everyone in advance for your help
