I imagine she wandered into the house one chilly morning, claimed the coziest sweater she could find, and quietly decided to stay. Sometimes the best kind of company doesn't say a word.
This little face made me think of quiet summer afternoons, soft grass, and nowhere important to be.
Some days don't ask for adventure. They ask for a quiet table, a patch of light, and the kind of nap that makes the whole afternoon disappear.
A nice cafe is where i like to go to ponder my life.....

I've always called orange cats "marmalade cats" is that a thing? Anyway I painted this....I like to imagine this orange cat has exactly one job.
Every evening, he sits by the window and waits for someone who is always a little late.
He pretends he's not waiting.
But he never misses a day.

I like to draw in continuous line in ink and then go back in with washes of watercolor. I love how every card turns out different.
Two new ACEOs in my eBay store. Last week I had a frog eating ice cream. This week I've got a cat having ice cream and a bunny getting a trim at the barber. I draw in continuous line, so I never know how these will turn out...then I use washes of watercolor.
