I went to see Prestige eaton park - the so called lake facing towers. They have 2 open nalas going between the two towers. So, called storm water canals. Right between the property which they will apparently decorate. On top of this all amenities are in lake buffer zone. Dishank app literally shows it as light blue. The builder is selling these 3.5cr+. Apparently ppl are buying also as they recently increase the price.
