Anyone else's Flip Z 6 freezing after phone alarm goes off?
Hi.
I've been using the the clock apo that comes with the phone to set alarms, but recently when the alarm goes off it freezes my whole phone, meaning not responding to touch. It started with not responding on the main screen, then the small screen when folded.
Restarting the phone pressing power and volume down doesn't fix the problem, went into safe mode and its unresponsive in safe mode. Eventually did a factory reset and once I got everything back on my phone, alarm went off and it froze again.
Weirdly sometimes a phone call will fix it, restarting my phone enough until I get an error ( pdp backup: fail setup-wizard [finish] ) and touch the screen when that pop up shows up fixes it.
Super strange issue I'm trying to see if anyone else has had. I just got a new clock app so I can have alarms again and hoping i don't get locked out again. Been rough getting locked out of my phone at 6am and then having to reset everything at work lol
