Bit frustrated right now, this is the same customer, 2 reviews, 3 stars, despite admitting they liked the product and acknowledging it was their own fault.

If you’re ordering internationally without express, standard delivery times are expected. That information is clearly provided at checkout, is that not something people check before purchasing?

Has anyone else dealt with this? Not sure how to feel about it.

10 weeks in

What started out as a hobby has turned into something far greater. I am super stoked about how far my shop has come in 10 weeks. A few price rises and increases in made to order time frame and I’m still seeing consistent sales. My biggest struggle is managing making all my orders, a good problem to have, I know.

How do you guys manage workload? If I increase my made to order time any more I feel my customers may not be happy with that, especially as most of them are located internationally and shipping time is 2-3 weeks, some people can be waiting 4-6 weeks from purchase to receiving their product.
