Why is there a squirt at the end of the pull [La Marzocco GS03 MP - Mahlkönig ES65GBW]
All in all a very satisfying espresso pull but at the end of the shot there are two little side squirts. How can I eliminate that?
I use a WDT tool, leveler and tamper. For the shot I used 18 grams in 36 grams out. 27 seconds.
