Their words. Still with you.
I've never lost someone really close to me. But my dad is 71, and that thought lives in the back of my mind more than I'd like to admit.
Something I keep coming across won't leave my head.
People still texting their loved one's number after they're gone. Sending updates about their day, photos, things they wish they could share. Knowing there's no reply coming. Doing it anyway.
I find that kind of love really profound. So I spent the last few months building something because of it.
It's called Ekkos. You share the conversations you had with someone, and hear from them again. In their own words, their own way.
It's not about pretending they're still here. It's closer to that feeling of sending the message anyway. Except this time, something comes back.
If that resonates: ekkos.life
And if this isn't the right place to share this, just say the word.
