I am currently 14 hours in. With WorkIt health, I was prescribed stuff to help with sweats and spasms. They have been incredibly helpful and the withdrawals are nothing compared to without them. Also was prescribed anxiety meds for it (3) and they have also been helpful.

My doctor told me to wait 24 hours until taking first Sub but if it gets really bad I can take them after 15 hours.

I’ve been taking 2k mg of 7OH for a while since I relapsed. Yes I am uncomfortable right now but have felt precipitated withdrawal and I am so afraid of that again.

What do yall think? Could I take them at like bed time tonight which would be 20 hours?
