Screen freeze + Audio glitch
hii, riot has still to respond to my ticket so this is a desperate call for help ;-;
ive been playing valo on my laptop (dell inspirion) since 2021 with my Radeon 520 gpu
(old ik but it works great)
up until like 2 weeks ago? ive seen AMD reports on the same issue and apparently the solution is to downgrade the driver or wtv but my issue is that i have a legacy gpu? and my last update was back in 2022 :/ and its never been an issue up until now.
it keeps telling me my vgm.exe has crashed in my reliability monitor but ive reinstalled vanguard so many times, added it to my firewall access, optimized my laptop for valorant, used my radeon gpu for valo (not the intel one), optimized settings on valo itself
the game (random timings) suddenly freezes and my audio cuts to an annoying pitch and the only solution i get is to hard reset my laptop :////
im tired of getting put in timeout bc of this issue so can anyone help?
