Behold! the (non)official rivals of aether workship tier list. This tier list has been compiled over 210 individual workshopped characters from the official rivals of aether workshop!

Do to the EXTREMELY volatile nature of character design, balancing, and bugginess can cause some characters to be really bad or unfairly good. We have compiled them into 9 tiers to illustrate the shear order of magnitude of difference between some characters.

ASS: characters they have very little to no competitive qualities that is worth playing

AVERAGE: Characters that are better then ASS but arent good enough to be in a higher tie
GOOD: for characters who are average, balanced, sane, and honest. That or have flaws in their design that are major enough to stop them from going higher

VERY GOOD: for characters with fun, strong, and intense gameplay and have strengths that out do their weaknesses enough to put them above the prior tier

BSBL: for the pinnacle of very good tier characters that have strengths that out weigh their weaknesses to a degree that eclipse those in VERY GOOD tier.

Busted: for characters that are the pinnacle of being agressively good but just (barely) within the realm of fair game design that can be beaten by others in the same tier and below.

Bullshit: characters that have gimmicks or mechanics that are just bullshit and make beating them with BUSTED or BSBL characters either extremely hard or impossible.

UNBEATABLE: characters that completely outclass everyone below them by a massive amount

ABSOLUTELY UNBEATABLE: when characters are so broken they break the game and push the engine to its limits.
