I no longer require my LSE accommodation for the upcoming academic year because I just secured housing elsewhere through a scholarship. I am looking for someone to take over my contract at Lilian Knowles House.

Here are the details:

• Room Type: Single en-suite room (self-catered)
• Location: 2.9 miles from LSE campus (great transport links)
• Contract Length: 51 weeks
• Rent: £253 per week
• Deposit: £400 (required by management to secure the booking).
