Looking for newly built/refurbished 1 bed to rent under £1800

Hi guys. My husband and I are looking for newly built properties under £1800 pcm in Wimbledon, Wimbledon Village, Raynes Park and Mitcham to rent. I know there's Vonder Coombe Lane. Would there be any other options that anyone knows of? We need a 1 bedroom place.

Moving to London for work as a single female - safe place to rent?

Hi guys I’m a female, 29, and I’m looking to move to London from Manchester for a new job. My office is located near Aldgate East and I’m trying to know what area I can rent being a single female? I’ll be sharing a space as the budget is £1100-£1200 including bills for an en suite, but my priority is safety and a good neighbourhood, don’t mind traveling a bit.

Living in East London? Limehouse?

Hi all,

I'm a female (26 yo) currently living in a studio flat in SW London but I want to move to a one bedroom flat. I can mostly find flats in North/East London with my budget.

I was normally looking around Fulham since I know the area, but I have no idea about East.

I've found a flat in Limehouse, E1(like 4 min walk to Limehouse station). What do you think about that area maybe comparing to SW/W?

Cheers!

Stunning 1 Bedroom Duplex - £2,200 - Long Term Tenant (near Angel / H & Islington)

Hello! I'm relocating overseas for an exciting work opportunity and am looking for a tenant for my much-loved one-bedroom duplex.

I've spent the past 8+ years making this place my home, and it's somewhere I've genuinely cared for. The flat will be largely furnished, so I'm looking for someone who will enjoy it and treat it with the same care.

The flat overlooks a beautiful park, so you'll wake up to birdsong (and the occasional duck!) each morning. It's honestly been one of my favourite things about living in London.

You are 5 mins away from tubes / trains. And also an incredible bus network. Can get into central London (i.e. Soho) in less than 30 mins.

Available: Mid-August (flexible on dates)
Lease: Ideally long-term

If you're looking for a one-bedroom flat and think this might be a good fit, send me a message. I'm happy to share photos, the location, rent details, arrange viewings, and answer any questions.

Thank you!

Need area recommendations for Bank Station commute. Prefer slow/green peaceful areas away from city center hustle. Office commute twice a week.

Ideally furnished/modern or renovated apartments.

Thanks :)

Should I move from St John’s Wood to Paddington Basin?

I’ve been living in St John’s Wood for about a year since moving to London. It’s a nice area, quiet, safe, and close to Regent’s Park.

But honestly, I’m starting to find it a bit boring, so I’ve been looking at other areas. Paddington Basin looks quite appealing to me. Newer buildings, great transport links, and it feels a bit more lively.

That said, a few people have told me not to move there, so now I’m second-guessing it.

What do you think? Would moving from St John’s Wood to Paddington Basin be a good idea, or would it be a downgrade?
