What is it actually like living in the new builds around Tottenham Hale? Safety and neighbours?
I am about to sign a one-bed in one of the newer build-to-rent blocks around Tottenham Hale, and before I commit I would really like to hear from people who actually live, or have lived, in one of them.
The things I am really trying to get a straight answer on:
- How safe does the area feel day to day, and walking back from the station in the evening?
- What are the other residents in these buildings actually like to live alongside?
- Any antisocial behaviour in the buildings themselves or close to the station?
- Anything you wish you had known about the area before moving in?
Honest takes very welcome, good or bad. Thanks in advance.
