Hey guys. Im currently moving as a student from Leeds to London with my friend and we’re a bit uncertain between 2 properties. One’s on mile end road and the other on Morant street. I’m a bit unsure about which one’s safer as a woman and a student and currently leaning towards Morant street as that property has bills included in the rent. I’d appreciate any advice as we do like both properties and can’t decide between the 2.
